By dowloading Teamviewer and initiating a remote support session, you agree to the following:

  1. You will only download branded Teamviewer software provided by Adams Group via the links below.
  2. To initiate a remote support session, you will share the displayed session code or the ID and Password with authorized personnel of Adams Group.
  3. You will not provide or share any information, including session codes or ID and passwords with unauthorized persons.
  4. You will not share any credentials, including usernames or passwords, with any one, including members of Adams Group support or management team. Should support or management personnel require access to an Adams Group provided account, such commands may be issued to gain access to or reset passwords of said accounts.
  5. You will not utilize Teamviewer for third party or vendor support unless obtaining advanced written authorization from the Director of Information Technology. Should approval be given, you will monitor the entire session of any third party without exception, recycling the Teamviewer credentials upon disonnect. Further, should you witness any perceived risky behavior, you will immediately disconnect and report the behavior to the IT department.
  6. You will immediatly report any unauthorized access or attempts to access corporate devices or systems through Teamviewer.

Language set forth within shall not supersede that of the employee handbook or established policies and procedures of Adams Group, but shall append to and establish clarity where needed. In all cases, the most restrctive policy shall take precdence. If you do not agree with the above disclaimer, you and hereby forbidden from downloading or utilizing Teamviewer.
